Steve Halliday, CPA, J.D. - Co-Founder and President/Chief Executive Officer
Cross Bridge Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President Steve Halliday is also a Partner in the investment banking firm of Ashcroft, Sekulow & Gregory, LLC. He is also President and CEO of Affinity4, a company that raises funds for charities and ministries and has contributed over $76 million.
Steve previously served as a partner with Wiley, Rein & Fielding, a Washington, DC law firm specializing in broadcasting and telecommunications and was managing partner with Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting and consulting firm where he specialized in the media and telecommunications industries, structuring acquisitions and advising nonprofit organizations.
His media and nonprofit clients have included National Geographic Television, CBN/Family Channel, Inspirational Network, Family Net, Jerry Falwell/Liberty University, NPR, PBS, Colonial Williamsburg, Monticello, Audubon Society and the PGA Tour.
An appointee by the Governor of Virginia to the Virginia Research and Technology Advisory Commission, Steve also served as Chairman of the Board of Christopher Newport University and has taught at the Law School of the College of William and Mary. Mr. Halliday received his B.A. from Duke University, his J.D. from the College of William and Mary and his M.L.T. from Georgetown University Law School.
David Bingham - Chief Operating Officer
Cross Bridge's Chief Operating Officer David Bingham has extensive experience in online marketing, advertising sales, product development and project management. Prior to joining Cross Bridge, he served as the General Manager of the largest online advertising company in the marine industry, Dominion Enterprises' BoatTrader.com. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the monetization of online traffic.
During David's tenure with Dominion Enterprises, he successfully developed and integrated national sales organizations while managing new product development - resulting in significant traffic and revenue growth. Prior to joining Dominion Enterprises, he managed private aviation facilities throughout the southeast focused on corporate and private aviation companies. David attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1994, receiving his BS degree, as well as his commercial pilot's license.
Don Stillman - Partner
Cross Bridge Partner Don Stillman is also CEO of Creative Content Marketing, LLC (CCM), which provides a range of marketing, media relations and content production and distribution services to large and emerging companies. Among his key initiatives at the company has been the development of diverse new business opportunities for faith market broadcasters, publishers, motion picture companies, media ministries and faith leaders. Additionally, he has branding, promotional and PR strategies for high profile authors, business leaders, politicians, and celebrities, motion pictures, and TV programs. Don also has held the role of Executive Producer of a number of high-profile PBS TV Network pledge-break specials, feature films and over 100 television shows. His career also includes his role as Senior Vice President of Picturmedia, Ltd. in New York and Director of Special Projects at ABC Television/Worldvision Enterprises. Additionally, Don served as Executive Director of "Redeem the Vote (RTV)". He holds a BFA in Communications Business Marketing from New York University.
Phil Evans, J.D. - General Counsel
Phil Evans spent five seasons as President of the NBA Development League. As President, he oversaw all D-League operations and reported directly to NBA Commissioner David Stern. During Phil's tenure, the league grew from eight NBA owned-and-operated teams in the Southeast to 14 privately-owned teams spread throughout the Southwest, West and Midwest. While he managed the league, Phil saw more than 150 players, coaches, referees, athletic trainers and front office personnel make the jump from the D-League to the NBA. Prior to his experience in professional basketball, Phil worked for International Family Entertainment, Inc., providing legal services to the marketing, advertising, sales and human resources divisions of the company's The Family Channel and FiT TV cable television networks. He began his legal career in 1988 as an associate at Latham & Watkins. Phil earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics from the University of Virginia.
Ash Greyson - Editor
Ash Greyson is President of BrightBulb Entertainment. He was the producer and cinematographer for the best-selling long-form video in Soundscan history. His work is widely presented throughout network and cable television. Among his past collaborators have been Grammy Award-winner Al Yankovic and Academy Award-nominee Gus Van Sant. Ash earned his certificate in Film and Video Production from the prestigious USC film school. A respected figure in the documentary world, his work is used in higher education curriculum for such institutions as NYU and USC. He most recently directed a pilot for A&E and is currently directing two feature documentaries, Life Happens and Bleed Into One: the story of Christian rock that will be released in the next year.

Jay Sekulow - Board Member and Co-Founder
Jay Sekulow serves as Chief Counsel for both the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and the European Center for Law and Justice (ECLJ). The ACLJ is a law firm and educational organization specializing in constitutional law and the protection of religious liberties. An accomplished and respected judicial advocate, he has presented oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in numerous cases in defense of constitutional freedoms. Jay hosts the daily national call-in radio program, Jay Sekulow Live!, on over 800 stations and the weekly television program, ACLJ This Week, on Trinity Broadcasting Network, FamilyNet and other national networks. He has appeared on numerous network television programs and frequently contributes articles and commentaries to national publications. TIME Magazine named Jay one of the "25 Most Influential Evangelicals" in America and called the ACLJ "a powerful counterweight" to the ACLU (2005). The National Law Journal twice named Sekulow one of the "100 Most Influential Lawyers" in the U.S., and he is also among a distinguished group of attorneys known as "The Public Sector 45" by The American Lawyer for "vision and commitment" that changes lives. A cum laude graduate, Jay received both a B.A. and J.D. from Mercer University and a Ph.D. in American Legal History from Regent University.
T.D. Jakes - Board Member and Co-Founder
Bishop Jakes founded The Potter's House Church in Dallas, TX, in 1996 with 50 families from his original parish in West Virginia. Christianity Today calls the multi-racial assembly of more than 30,000 members with over 50 outreach ministries "one of America's fastest growing mega-churches". TIME Magazine christened Bishop Jakes "America's Best Preacher" in 2001 and included him among the "25 Most Influential Evangelicals" in America (2005). An author of more than 30 books, he has made the New York Times Best-Seller List numerous times. His successful national conferences "ManPower" and "Woman, Thou Art Loosed" united with "Mega Youth Experience", a youth outreach, to become "MegaFest", an annual family fun and fellowship and fun event. Joseph Gregory - Board Member and Co-Founder
Joseph R. ("Joe") Gregory co-founded King Pharmaceuticals in 1994, in Bristol, Tennessee. King Pharmaceuticals is a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company that grew from a 100 employee startup at founding to over 2200 employees and $1.6 billion in sales upon his retirement in 2002. Today, he leads the investment management firm of Gregory Management Company, LLC. He also is the President and CEO of Epic Secure Solutions, a leading software technology provider battling pornography on the internet. Additionally, Joe co-chairs the Gregory School of Pharmacy Advisory Committee at Palm Beach Atlantic University, serves on the Board of Trustees for Regent University and is an Executive Committee member of the Council for National Policy. He is chairman of the Ring of Freedom National Advisory Council of the NRA. He and his wife, Cindy, run a private charitable foundation called The Master's Table focusing on Children's Ministries.
Curtis Wallace - Senior Content Advisor
Curtis Wallace is the Chief Operating Officer of TDJ Enterprises, LLP (TDJE). TDJE is the for-profit business arm of T.D. Jakes. TDJE is separate from The Potter's House of Dallas, Inc., the nonprofit corporation under which The Potter's House Church and T.D. Jakes Ministries operate. TDJE exists to effectively create, produce, and market inspirational products and events. It has produced products and events ranging from live gospel stage plays to an award-winning feature film, Women Thou Art Loosed, to best-selling books, to Grammy-winning music projects. Wallace, an attorney, brings considerable skills to the area of faith-related business. His practical experience covers industries from film, music, and publishing to live theater. Mr. Wallace was a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law where he was an associate editor of the SMU Law Review Association and a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi, both legal honor societies. He holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael McKinney - Board Member
Michael S. McKinney is the general counsel of Gregory Management Co., LLC, a private investment management company. He also serves on the board of directors of Epic Secure Solutions, a leading software technology provider battling pornography on the Internet. Prior to joining Gregory Management Co., Mr. McKinney practiced law with the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, in Johnson City, TN, where he concentrated his practice in the areas of corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions law. Mr. McKinney has served as lead counsel on numerous large acquisitions and divesture transactions in a variety of industries and was named to the Business Journal's "40 Under Forty" in 2005. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in business transactions and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Mr. MiKineey was named Most Outstanding Graduate of his law school's graduating class. Prior to law school, Mr. McKinney worked in the securities industry as a stockbroker. He also has experience as a consumer/commercial lender. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American and Tennessee Bar Associations and The Gideons International.
